“This trip probably rates in my top three (of over 20 cycling trips taken) in terms of organisation, quality of cycling, food, accommodation, guides. I loved the fact that the group size was so small as it made the biking so much more fluid. Golden Cottage was probably the best cycling accommodation ever! What a fab place to return to after a hard day in the saddle; the only regret is that it was quite cool in the evenings so no chance to spend much time on the great terrace. It was nice to be in a place that is so like being ‘at home’ and with only fellow cyclists. The camping was my initial worry about this trip but that too turned out to be an excellent experience.
